About Product:
The product is of the functions of absorbing both oxygen and carbon dioxide. Food products deteriorate due to oxygen resulting in the mould-growing, worming, oxygenation (especially oiled food), change in fragrance and colors. The fragrance of foods will degrade owning to oxygen and carbon dioxide. The product is to completely remove oxygen and carbon dioxide in food packaging container, so the growth of moulds and bio-organisms are inhibited and worms are suffocated and eliminated. Therefore, impair of oxygen and carbon dioxide can be effectively prevented. As a result, the original contents, colors, fragrances and tastes of the food are preserved. This product is nontoxic and odorless. Usage of O2/ CO2 Absorber needs no application of blending into foods. It is safe to use. The product also absorbs oxygen and carbon dioxide penetrating from the outside of package, maintaining oxygen and carbon dioxide free. The product application is safer and superior than vacuum packing or nitrogen-filled packing. This absorber is to use for airtight packing to preserve the products with 20% or less water content, 0.75% or less water activity value.

Usage Instructions:
1. Select package of low air penetrability.
2. Put in goods and estimate oxygen content remained in packaging container.
3. Select appropriate type of antistaling agent.
4. Discharge air and close up.
How to Estimate the Oxygen Content in the Container:
Oxygen content volume in shapely container = [oxygen volume (L×W×H) centimeters- product weights (g)] x1/5
Oxygen content volume in formless container=[water volume in the container (cc)- product weights (g) ]x1/5
Note: Assuming the density of the goods is 1.
Low air penetrable packing materials:
KOPPE, PETPE, KPETPE, PETPE, aluminum-plastic film compound materials, metal cans and glass vessels.
Use: The absorber agent starts to absorb O2&CO2 once it is unsealed. So the sealing should be finished in 1~2 hours. Unused agents should be well sealed for later use.
Sealing: Film bag, plastic capper with the seal width not less than 5mm. The heat seal should be uncluttered, tight and free from any oil, water and dust.
Store: In cool environment and preventing from damage. the package by heat sealing.
